[Master's Yoga]

1. The Divine Plan

The Energy that is called

“The Master”

visited the Planet according to a Plan. The Energy carries the

Plan to be spread over the Planet and synthesize the

human life and life in general on Earth. This energy

works for the evolution of the Planet as well as for the

evolution of Humanity on the Planet. That is how the

Energy has been visualized by the Master. The Master

stated that this Energy knows how to work out the

synthesis. All that the Energy needs is some channels

for its manifestation.

When this Energy visited the Master, he lived

with the Energy. He then understood the Energy as

“The One who will synthesize all the knowledge on

the Planet and bring Humanity together to the One

Unity of Life. Human beings would forget differences

and understand that which is common between them

so that the brotherhood is well established on the

Planet. This has been the effort of many Masters over

thousands of years.”

This is what Master CVV understood as the pur-

pose of the Energy that visited the Planet. Since this

Energy has to be given some name for identity pur-

poses, he named the Energy as

“The Master.”

In all his teachings, he referred to this Energy as

“The Master.”

Having assimilated the Energy in him, the Master

decided to distribute the Energy on the 29th

of May,1910. That is how every year the 29

of May has become the day of Initiation. The first person whom he

initiated was his wife. Later, he initiated his friends

and relatives. Sitting in Kumbhakonam, he was trans-

mitting the Energy all over the Planet.

People asked him what was the purpose of this En-

ergy and the Master said,

“This Energy has come to enable man to transcend death.

The purpose of this Energy is tomake man immortal.

The purpose of this Energy is to lift the

Angel of this Planet into spiritual levels from the mass. It has

come to lift up the humans as also the Planet and the plan-

etary beings from the state of dense physical into the etheric

levels.

Many changes will happen on the Planet from

now onwards, and all the changes are meant to stir the

masses. Then slowly, man would be initiated into spir-

itual levels. The Energy not only works for Humanity,

but also works for all the beings of the Planet. It is not

only for the humans, but for the minerals, the plants,

and also the animals of the Planet, thus contributing

to their quicker evolution.” The Master also stated

that the purpose of the Energy is to push Humanity

into such a speed that matter relating to the human

body would become lighter and lighter. He said that

this Energy remoulds the body and conducts the nec-

essary transmutations that normally one would gain

over years through the practice of yoga. The trans-

formations that one would experience through yoga

are also speeded up. He also realized that the purpose

of the Energy is to settle man in the etheric body

and consequently give an opening to the man of the

Aquarian Age where the myth of death is gradually

dissolved. He would understand all this during the pe-

riod of experimentation.

“From now onwards, I shall work for twelve years

and introduce this Energy in the etheric circles of the

Planet as well as into the mineral, plant and human

kingdoms. Daily in the morning at six o’clock, I shall

distribute this Energy. If you wish, you can join me to-

morrow morning.”

2. Master CVV’s Promises

“If you can do yourself all the spiritual practices

without any hurdles and problems, you do not need

Us. I have come to do it for you. I shall see that things

are rectified and developed in you. I have found a

method by which I can continuously rectify you.”

“It is easy for the Father to fetch the son, but it is

difficult for the son to search for the Father. That is

why I have come. I shall see that you are established

in ME.”

“I shall supply to you continuously

Plenty of Prana.”

“I shall see that you shall be poor no more. I shall

liberate you from your own concept of poverty.”

“I shall liberate you from the conditioning of your

own Karma. Do not think that you cannot get out of

it. I have come up with a solution by which you can

get out of it and get liberated.”

“Submit yourself to ME before you get into sleep.

I shall make good reparation of the vehicle during the

night.” For that purpose, he proposed that while we

get into sleep, we make a proposition.

“Master, please rectify and develop my system.”

3. The Three Instructions

1. To see that these promises are fulfilled in the fol-

lower, he has given a process. That process is,

“You shall

have to respect time and follow a time for the practice.”

2. If we are not able to respect time, we cannot be

transformed. He suggested that we choose a conven-

ient time, and that the two points of time shall have

to be the same at a distance of 12 hours. He said,

“Preferably six in the morning and six in the evening.”

3. Master CVV suggests in his yoga to take a pos-

ture which is most comfortable. He said, “All that I

am giving you has never been given before and hence

you do not have to fall into the traditional methods

unless you choose so.

I am putting you to a process, and

that process takes place regardless of the posture. The comfort

of the posture is more important than the posture.”

By taking such a comfortable posture, we close our

eyes and feel the comfort of the posture from head to

toe. Then we utter forth the key sound “CVV,” and

thereafter we keep observing the movements that

are happening in our body. We will experience a fee-

ble current passing through the body and according

to the requirements of rectification, the movements

keep happening in any part of the body. The moment

the sound key is invoked, there is the switching on of

the process, and it will continue for 15 minutes, and

sometimes even up to one hour, depending upon the

need, and depending upon the ability to accept the

rectification. If the body cannot accept more rectifi-

cation than what it can, there is an automatic switch

off, and if the body is able to accept it, it continues.

Master CVV says, “Rectification is my duty, and

sitting in the right time is your duty. I do not want

you to believe ME, because I would have to create the

belief for you. I am not demanding your faith. This is

science; you can experiment with it and find the re-

sults. Have patience to work it out for five years mini-

mum. You will see it is working by the so many chang-

es happening to you in the outer world.”

He says, “I am confident that I will give you con-

fidence in ME. In one life, you will cover the experi-

ence of twelve lives.” This is how the process kindles

in you when you sit during the hours in the morning

and in the evening.

“Utter the sound; I shall take up the reparation.

The reparation done during the morning is good

enough for 12 hours and then utter the sound again so

that the repair work continues for another 12 hours.

Keep the continuity like that.” There should be the

continuity of the prayer so that the transformation as

intended does take place. If we continue to ha ve the

prayers like this during 12 years, the Master says,

“ You will gain the etheric body.

It is my promise.”

4. Switch on to the Energy

“Recollect the energy throughout the day. For that

purpose you can use ME as a switch. Do not hang

around the switch after the light is on. The process

is to switch on and function with the light.” To func-

tion with the Light is to function with the Energy

that is Universal. That is why he says, “You start the

day switching on the energy that comes to us as the

Morning Prayer.”

He strictly prohibited switching on again and a gain

by way of recollecting the sound CVV over and over.

Once we switch on in the morning, the light is on

and we then function in the aura of the Light. Do not

meddle with the switch any further till the evening, if

not the switch will be spoiled. That is the case with a

normal switch, but in our case the Master says, “If you

switch on again and again, you will get shocked.”

What is important is to put it on and thereafter

observe the Energy. Observe the Energy in which all

beings are functioning and observe the Energy in each

of the beings. We are functioning in the Energy and

the Energy is also functioning in us. This simultane-

ous understanding is important.

5. Recollect ME in All

“Recognize the situation that you do not like, per-

sons whom you do not like, places that you do not like

and then start seeing ME in it. See ME in the person

whom you do not like, because I exist in that form

also. If you can see like that, you do not have to worry

about a scorpion; you do not have to worry about a

cobra or a scorpion-like person or a cobra-like person.

You can also see ME in the mosquito.”

Master CVV called his organization

“Yoga Friends School.”

It is a school for yoga friends. He said, “You

recognize in your own being the persons whom you

do not like. Just ask yourself. You will have a list of

them. You also see the situations which you do not

like. Then meditate upon those situations and those

persons as I AM. This is the straight way to overcome

one’s own limitations. You do not have to do varieties

of practices to overcome your limitations. The

moment you recollect the Universal Energy, its Presence

is with you. The Presence dissolves the limitations.”

Recollection is one of the chief keys for realiza-

tion. When we are in such recollection, we are in the

Presence. When we are in the Presence, our limita-

tions do not function. When the Presence disappears,

the limitations appear. They do not co-exist. When

my limitation is present, the Presence is not present.

We would like to be beyond the limitations we suffer

from. So the key given is,

“Recollect ME in all. Live in MY recollection”.

6. Inclusion is the Path of Synthesis

Include to get included. If we reject, we get re-

jected. These are the hard truths of life. If we neglect

someone, we are neglected. As we try to include and

reconsider others, people consider and include us.

That is why the fundamental teaching of Master CVV

is, “Learn to include.”

When anything comes to us, it is sent to us by Na-

ture, be it a thing, a situation or a person. We shall

have to see the Divine Hand behind the person, the

situation or the thing coming to us. We ha ve not

asked for it, it has come to us. When it has come to

us without being asked, there is the need for a deeper

introspection and understanding. When it comes to

us on its own, it is sent to us by the Divine. The Di-

vine overviews as to how we would interact with that

which is sent by HIM. If we do not use, or if we mis-

use, abuse or under use that which He sends us, we

will lose one opportunity for life. It is only the Di-

vine that visits us in varieties of forms and situations;

hence, one should carry an alert eye and an alert ear

to listen to and to look to the messa ge sent by the Di-

vine. Blessed is the one who can listen to it and see

it. Otherwise, we will die with our own concepts and

with our own busy minds.

Such is the technique of Synthesis. All that is ac-

cepted and its fitness is found. According to the fit-

ness, it is used with great responsibility. It is not used

in the sense of exploitation; it is used in the sense of

inclusion. That is the way to grow, to grow in compre-

hension, to grow in awareness. There is no limit to it

until one identifies with IT. To exclude is very easy

for a being of Kali Yuga. The process of learning is to

include. As much as we include others, so much we

are included by those whom we follow. If we exclude

people and then seek inclusion by the ones whom we

follow, they exclude us. When we include those who

come to us, we are included by those whom we follow.

That is how it is, and that is how it is with Nature. We

will also try to pick up this principle of Nature. That

is the Path of Synthesis.

7. Work with Saturn

Master CVV also said,

“I shall precipitate your karma and clear it quick.”

That is why we get lots of personality prob-

lems, but they will pass on without affecting us in so far as

we continue to be with the Energy. To clean up is a proc-

ess. During the process, it seems to be painful, but after

the process we feel better. That is why the Master says,

“I work with you in the beginning through Saturn.”

This means,

“I shall put you to lots of cleansing through discipline.”

He used to say, “I do not want you to have any limi-

tations. The limitation you suffer from is the Saturn

in you, and it will be broken each time when Saturn

transits your Moon. But Saturn transits Moon once in

30 years; it is too much loss of time. So, I shall func-

tion as Saturn for you and rectify you on a daily basis

and lift you up from your own limitations.”

Master CVV said, “I shall first work with the Sat-

urn in you and later give you the experience of

Venus.” Venus represents the ability to experience. Many

people have many good things, but they have no way

to experience them. We may have wonderful things

around, but we do not have the attitude to experience

it. That is what is called affliction of Venus in the hor-

oscope. If we can experience every moment of our life,

it means that we are a soul that is fit to be in planet

Venus. Sanath Kumara is from Venus. He came from

Venus and is on this Planet as the Planetary Lord. If

we wish to experience the presence of Sanath Kumara,

we should have the attitude to live every instant from

moment to moment. That is what Master CVV prom-

ises if we are willing to accept the Saturnian training.

He proposes the experience of Shambhala through the

practice of the yoga that he proposes.

The original name of Shambhala is Shyama Bala.

Shyama means the blue. Bala means the child, so the

blue child. Each one of us is a blue child essentially. We

should realize that it is our etheric form. Each one of

us is the size of our own thumb. That is our blueprint,

a blue image of our own thumb size. Each one of us is

an image of one’s own thumb size in blue colour.

When Master CVV says, “I shall give you the ex-

perience of Shambhala,” he means that he shall enable

us to realize our own blue image, the realization as a

soul. That is possible in the second step after the first

step of the Saturnian training.

hi my name is vas, I am also doing this yoga

Yes, one's own effort by practicing yoga helps to bypass karma. Theosophy and Madame Blavatsky - That is the past. This Yoga was introduced after Madame Blavatsky. This Yoga is totally different, its a new direction and path. The Master's who supported Madame Blavatsky are the one who had given this Yoga by Master CVV to the world. Off Course Mother CV is also one of the key member in giving this Yoga, who is none other than Madam Blavatsky in her previous birth.

This is not the Theosophy that Madame Blavatsky tought. How can ANYONE- be it even a Master, take away 12 years of one's karma? This can only be done by one's own effort. Not by basking in the "energy" of whatever kind. 'If it sounds too good to be true it probably is'. I cannot make sense of this, although i tryed. Can you please tell me how this has anything to do w/ traditional Theosophy? I am not being direspectful, I'm just confused.
