uploading files

I noticed forum posts allow file uploads, but profiles do not. It would be better the other way around, though it may be relevant in forums. Martin started a thread where people upload music, but if one must do that there it could eventually get long and hard to find files in. I do not see much point in people uploading videos, but they should be able to upload documents. They should also be able to upload audio/music if they can upload videos. Those are just some suggestions....

We don't control this sort of thing. Ning has made it like this and may decide to change it. I suggest you give your suggestion directly to their technical support.

I personally don't read documents put here - nor do I listen to music uploaded. I do watch the video's. These are individual preferences.

What comes closest to what you're asking is uploading stuff to a blogpost. You could make a music blogpost for your favorite music files. But really - this may not be the best place for such a collection anyhow. Aren't there file sharing sites for this sort of thing?
